As a Solution Specialist, you will support and continuously develop Directory Services and Identity & Access Management (IAM) capabilities, ensuring seamless, secure, and efficient operations across hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Ensure smooth operation of Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), ADFS, PKI, and DNS

- Troubleshoot issues, manage configurations, and maintain service performance

- Support development, deployment, and maintenance of Directory Services and IAM features

- Handle incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution

- Perform root cause analysis and provide regular updates

- Identify and implement service improvements and optimizations

- Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders for IAM integrations

- Enforce security policies, compliance standards, and vulnerability management

- Contribute to security assessments and security score improvement

Key Skills :

- Hands-on expertise in Active Directory, Entra ID, ADFS, PKI, DNS

- Strong knowledge of hybrid identity (cloud + on-prem)

- Experience with SSO, SAML, OIDC, Kerberos, LDAP(S)

- Knowledge of MFA, Conditional Access, Azure AD App Proxy

- Experience with Entra ID Connect, PAM/PIM, scripting, third-party IAM tools

- Ability to handle and resolve authentication and directory issues independently

- Understanding of security, compliance, and IAM best practices

Qualifications :

- Degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent

- Relevant IAM / Microsoft certifications preferred

- Knowledge of Microsoft Sentinel & Defender is an added advantage
