Solution Architect - Spring Boot & Microservices Architecture

The role :

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for translating client requirements into innovative, scalable, and practical technology solutions. Working closely with Sales, Pursuit, and Delivery teams, you will ensure that solutions are both winnable and deliverable, aligning with the client's business goals. This role demands technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to guide teams toward achieving successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Solution Architecture.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into solution designs.

- Drive architectural decisions and provide technical leadership to development teams.

- Evaluate, recommend, and implement emerging technologies and tools.

- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing, mentorship, and best practices across teams.

- Balance short-term deliverables with long-term architectural vision.

Skills Required :

- Minimum 7.5 years of proven experience in Solution Architecture.

- Experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.

- Exposure to Lightweight Architecture frameworks.

- Strong knowledge of system integration and architecture design principles.

- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.

- Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Have :

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience working in Agile/Scaled Agile environments.

Qualifications :

- Any Graduate

- Experience 8 - 12 years
