Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect with strong technical and architectural expertise across software design, infrastructure automation, hybrid cloud platforms, and DevSecOps toolchains. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in infrastructure/platform development, along with hands-on experience in configuration management tools and RESTful APIs.

This role requires deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, orchestration platforms, and modern automation practices. The candidate should demonstrate strong capabilities in designing scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions.

In addition to technical excellence, this role demands strong leadership, communication, and customer engagement skills. The architect will work closely with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and customers to define end-to-end architecture, drive technical strategy, support pre-sales solutioning, and lead execution across multiple projects.

Primary Responsibilities :

Architecture & Automation :

- Design and develop automation and DevSecOps solutions

- Implement and manage configuration management tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Chef

- Establish standards and guardrails for automated provisioning, configuration management, and CI/CD integration

- Drive automation across infrastructure, deployment, and operational workflows for improved efficiency and repeatability

- Own architectural decisions across application, infrastructure, integration, data, and security layers

- Define reference architectures, design patterns, and reusable frameworks to accelerate solution development

- Work with RESTful APIs to automate infrastructure and platform tasks

Operations & Engineering :

- Manage and maintain Linux-based infrastructures

- Analyze and solve problems related to infrastructure and platform automation

- Continuously improve and optimize automation processes

- Collaborate with Development, Operations, and Security teams to identify opportunities for automation

Pre-Sales & Solutioning :

- Participate in pre-sales activities, understanding customer requirements and proposing innovative, scalable, and cost-effective solutions

- Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, solution proposals, and architecture presentations

- Provide subject matter expertise to design differentiated and value-driven solutions

Delivery & Ownership :

- Act as a Delivery Solution Architect, owning end-to-end solution lifecycle from design to implementation

- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality delivery and architectural consistency

- Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and roadmap planning sessions

Leadership & Mentorship :

- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and thought leadership to engineering teams and junior architects

- Actively guide and mentor teams to build technical capabilities and adopt best practices

Customer & Stakeholder Management :

- Engage with enterprise customers, lead technical discussions, and manage expectations effectively

- Translate technical solutions into business value for stakeholders

- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and solution delivery

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in end-to-end solution architecture, including scalable, reliable, and secure system design

- Proven expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, and related tools

- Strong programming/scripting skills (Python, GoLang, Ruby, and/or Java) for automation development

- Hands-on experience with multiple configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform, Chef), including playbooks, modules, and data structures

- Experience in developing, troubleshooting, and maintaining automation scripts and frameworks

- Working knowledge of RESTful APIs and their integration with automation tools

- Strong experience with Linux systems, CLI operations, and shell scripting

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI

- Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container lifecycle management

- Strong understanding of Bare-Metal Servers, Storage (SAN/NAS), Networking, Security, and enterprise platforms

- Experience in pre-sales, solutioning, and leading solutions during pursuit phases

- Ability to create end-to-end architecture diagrams and technical documentation

- Strong experience in leading teams and driving architectural decisions across multiple projects

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues

- Strong communication and customer-facing skills

Desired Skills :

- Advanced expertise in Kubernetes (deployment patterns, networking, security, operators, Helm, GitOps)

- Extensive experience with Ansible, Terraform, Python, Bash, and PowerShell scripting

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack

- Familiarity with modern DevSecOps practices and platform engineering concepts
