Roles & Responsibilities :

- 10 Years experience in GIS and 3+ years of experience as an architect working on Enterprise solutions including the ESRI Stack.

- Rich experience in Geospatial industry with good experience and understanding in ESRI (ArcGIS products) and CAD platforms. Exposure to other GIS products like GE Small world / GTech will be an added advantage.

- Design and develop geospatial solutions for business problems.

- Establish geospatial architecture and processes to meet customer requirements.

- Analyze customer requirements to create geospatial systems.

- Implement solutions using industry-standard geospatial technologies; Architecting on ESRI desktop, Mobile and Web based solutions.

- Manage the full system life cycle, including design, development, deployment, and post-deployment support.

- Consult with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve geospatial technology issues.

- Track and report on project progress.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in the development of geospatial products.

- Design and optimize geospatial databases and applications.

- Create and maintain technical documentation for geospatial systems.

- Research and evaluate new technologies for potential use in geospatial projects.

- Experienced in leading an offshore team and delivering projects using Agile methodology.

Deliverables :

- Excellent communication skill and Fluent in spoken and written English.

- Expertise in geospatial systems and technologies, such as Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Global Positioning System (GPS), cartography, and geodatabases.

- Comprehensive knowledge of industry trends and best practices in geospatial architecture and design.

- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a variety of stakeholders.

- Proficiency in data management and analysis, including data integration, data mining, and predictive analytics.

- Extensive experience with geospatial software development and programming languages (e.g. Python, Java, C#).

- Skilled in developing cost-effective geospatial solutions for clients.

- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging abilities.

- Excellent organizational and project management skills.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

- Good experience in Utility and Telecom domain.

- TOGAF or related certifications will be advantageous.
