Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into robust architecture designs, support pre-sales and solutioning activities, and collaborate closely with stakeholders across business, product, engineering, and delivery teams.

The role requires strong expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, system integration, application design, and technical proposal development.

The candidate should be able to evaluate business needs, define solution strategies, and ensure that proposed architectures are aligned with business goals, technical standards, and long-term scalability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design end-to-end solution architectures for enterprise applications and digital platforms.

- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.

- Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and client requirements to develop solution strategies and technical responses.

- Prepare architecture documents, solution proposals, effort estimates, and technical presentations.

- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support pre-sales and new business opportunities.

- Define integration approaches across applications, platforms, APIs, and third-party systems.

- Ensure architecture decisions align with performance, scalability, security, and maintainability goals.

- Work closely with engineering teams to guide implementation and resolve technical challenges.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend suitable tools, frameworks, and platforms.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and solution teams.

- Present solution designs and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Support governance, architecture reviews, and design approvals across projects.

- Experience in designing scalable, secure, and high-availability solutions.

- Strong understanding of APIs, middleware, and integration frameworks.

- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

- Excellent technical proposal writing and documentation skills.

- Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.

- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and simple manner.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / Ph.D in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, solution design, or enterprise consulting.

- Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale technology solutions.

- Experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, or proposal development is highly preferred.

- Exposure to cloud transformation, digital platforms, or enterprise modernization programs.

- Certifications in cloud architecture, enterprise architecture, or solution design are an added advantage.
