About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Advanced Analytics to drive enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives. This strategic role will be responsible for designing scalable AI platforms, defining solution architectures, and enabling organizations to leverage data-driven intelligence for business growth and innovation.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Data Science and AI solution architecture, coupled with experience delivering enterprise-scale machine learning and analytics solutions.

The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, data scientists, engineering teams, and leadership to design and implement innovative AI-powered solutions that solve complex business challenges. This position demands a combination of technical depth, business acumen, architecture expertise, and leadership capabilities to drive AI adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

AI & Data Science Solution Architecture :

- Define and lead enterprise AI and Data Science architecture strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Design scalable AI, Machine Learning, and Advanced Analytics platforms capable of supporting enterprise workloads.

- Architect end-to-end AI solutions covering data ingestion, feature engineering, model development, deployment, monitoring, and governance.

- Develop architecture blueprints, reference architectures, and implementation roadmaps for AI-driven initiatives.

Machine Learning & AI Enablement :

- Partner with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to operationalize machine learning models.

- Design architectures supporting predictive analytics, recommendation engines, forecasting, NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI use cases.

- Enable enterprise adoption of AI technologies while ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend their adoption where appropriate.

Cloud & Platform Architecture :

- Design cloud-native AI and analytics solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Architect modern data science environments supporting experimentation, model training, deployment, and monitoring.

- Ensure solutions follow security, governance, and compliance standards.

- Drive cloud modernization and AI platform transformation initiatives.

MLOps & Model Governance :

- Define and implement MLOps frameworks and best practices.

- Establish model lifecycle management processes covering deployment, monitoring, retraining, and governance.

- Design observability frameworks for AI systems and model performance management.

- Ensure AI solutions meet operational, regulatory, and ethical requirements.

Business & Stakeholder Engagement :

- Work closely with business leaders to identify AI opportunities and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Conduct solution workshops, architecture reviews, and technical advisory sessions.

- Present architecture recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

- Support pre-sales, consulting, and strategic technology initiatives when required.

Technical Leadership :

- Provide architecture guidance and mentorship to Data Science, Engineering, and AI teams.

- Establish AI development standards, frameworks, and governance models.

- Drive innovation, research, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Lead architecture reviews and technology evaluations.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 18 to 21 years of experience in Technology Architecture, Data Science Platforms, AI Solutions, Machine Learning, or Enterprise Consulting.

- Strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Advanced Analytics ecosystems.

- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale AI and Data Science solutions.

- Deep understanding of Machine Learning lifecycle, model deployment, and MLOps practices.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Strong knowledge of data architecture, analytics platforms, and AI infrastructure.

- Experience working within Agile delivery environments and modern engineering practices.

- Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
