Role Overview :

Own end-to-end solution design for a large-scale conversational AI deployment across national and international networks, translating business requirements into a technical architecture spanning WhatsApp, DMS/CRM integrations and dashboarding.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design the end-to-end technical architecture for a multi-user WhatsApp automation and analytics rollout

- Define integration approach with CRM platforms

- Translate business and client requirements into detailed technical specifications

- Partner with engineering to plan and track phased rollout across locations

- Review implementation for scalability, reliability and data integrity

- Act as the primary technical point of contact for this engagement

Requirements :

- 5+ years in solution architecture, systems integration or technical consulting

- Hands-on experience integrating third-party APIs (CRM, DMS, messaging platforms)

- Strong understanding of WhatsApp Business API or similar conversational platforms

- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate needs into specs

- Comfortable owning ambiguous, fast-moving projects end to end

Good to Have :

- Experience in automotive, retail or multi-location franchise environments

- Familiarity with low-code/no-code automation tools
