Role Overview :

We are looking for a senior technology professional to drive the design and implementation of intelligent, AI-driven enterprise applications. This role combines hands-on engineering, enterprise solution design, and technical team leadership, with a focus on taking Generative AI and autonomous AI systems from initial concepts to reliable production deployments.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in software architecture, distributed systems, cloud engineering, and modern AI application development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate complex business needs into practical technical designs, implementation roadmaps, and scalable software solutions.

- Define architecture for LLM-powered applications, autonomous agents, multi-agent workflows, and enterprise AI integrations.

- Design knowledge retrieval solutions using RAG, hybrid search, reranking, metadata strategies, and vector databases.

- Develop approaches for agent planning, tool execution, context management, memory, workflow state, and human oversight.

- Establish standards for model selection, prompt and context strategies, structured outputs, fallback mechanisms, and inference cost control.

- Implement AI quality assurance practices covering retrieval accuracy, response grounding, tool execution, regression testing, and failure analysis.

- Ensure enterprise solutions meet requirements for security, privacy, resilience, scalability, monitoring, and operational support.

- Guide engineers through architecture decisions, code reviews, technical troubleshooting, and production deployment challenges.

- Lead and develop engineering teams, including technical leads, while promoting coding standards and effective AI-assisted development.

- Partner with business and client stakeholders on technical workshops, solution demonstrations, estimates, delivery plans, and architectural decisions.

Essential Technical Requirements :

- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including substantial architecture and technical leadership responsibilities.

- At least 2+ years of practical experience building AI-powered applications, GenAI solutions, or LLM-based systems.

- Strong Python development skills, including FastAPI, asynchronous execution, and automated testing.

- Practical knowledge of agentic application frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or comparable technologies.

- Experience implementing RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search, retrieval optimization, and enterprise knowledge solutions.

- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, distributed computing, and database architecture.

- Hands-on cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including containers, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and monitoring.

- Familiarity with authentication and authorization, enterprise integrations, AI safety controls, observability, and production troubleshooting.

- Experience leading engineers, reviewing technical designs, mentoring senior developers, and managing engineering delivery.

- Ability to communicate architectural trade-offs and technical recommendations to business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical, life-sciences, or other regulated enterprise environments.

- Familiarity with MCP, knowledge graphs, advanced retrieval techniques, and human-in-the-loop AI workflows.

- Experience with enterprise ecosystems such as Salesforce, Veeva, MuleSoft, Agentforce, or comparable platforms.

- Working knowledge of React, TypeScript, OAuth, OIDC, and related integration technologies.

- Experience with AI evaluation tools, LLM observability platforms, model gateways, and responsible AI practices.

- Background in technology consulting, client solutioning, technical presales, or large-scale delivery programmes.
