About ATRE :

ATRE is Searce's AI Trust & Resilience Engineering practice: the managed-service team that keeps customers' cloud and AI estates secure, reliable and resilient 24x7.

Every engineer is expected to use AI tools and AIOps to raise efficiency, cut toil and shorten recovery time.

Role Overview :

As a Solutions Architect you design how Searce delivers secure, resilient and AI-enabled operations for customers.

You stay hands-on in delivery, set the technical direction for the ATRE team, and from time to time support presales with solutioning, customer workshops and proposals.

What You'll Do :

- Architecture ownership : Design secure, reliable multi-cloud and Kubernetes architectures, landing zones and DR patterns for managed-service customers.

- Hands-on delivery : Stay close to implementation, review designs and unblock the delivery team on hard problems.

- AI and AIOps design : Define how AI tools and AIOps platforms are used to improve SRE efficiency, covering triage, RCA, automation and observability.

- Security by design : Embed Zero Trust, IAM, secrets, network and compliance controls into customer solutions.

- Presales support : When required, join customer discussions, shape solutions and contribute to proposals and estimates.

- Standards : Create reference architectures, runbooks and best practices that the squads reuse.

- Advisory : Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and internal leaders.

- Mentoring : Raise the technical depth of engineers and leads.

What You Bring :

- Delivery experience : Hands-on experience delivering and operating cloud, SRE or security solutions in production, not only designing them.

- Architecture depth : Strong architecture skills across at least one hyperscaler, with Kubernetes, IaC and cloud security.

- Communication : Able to explain architecture to customer and executive audiences.

- Presales exposure : Experience supporting solutioning or proposals is valued; it is an occasional part of the role.

- AI-led efficiency : Practical experience using AI tools to improve SRE efficiency (AI-assisted runbooks, incident triage, RCA, automation) and/or AIOps platforms (e.g., BigPanda, Moogsoft, Dynatrace, Datadog), with measurable results such as lower MTTR, less toil or reduced alert noise.

- Work mode : Comfortable working from the office.

Good To Have :

- Professional-level architect certifications (Google, AWS, Azure).

- Experience across more than one hyperscaler.

- Experience designing AI/LLM workload security and governance.

- Compliance exposure (ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC 2).
