Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

1. Architecture Ownership & Consultation :

- Define end-to-end solution architecture aligned with business objectives

- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across programs

- Review solution designs and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions

2. Cloud & Integration Architecture :

- Design cloud-native architectures on GCP (preferred) or other cloud platforms

- Define integration strategies across enterprise applications, APIs, and third-party systems

- Ensure scalability, security, reliability, and performance of cloud solutions

- Lead modernization and cloud transformation initiatives

3. AI Governance & Ethics :

- Establish AI governance frameworks, standards, and best practices

- Ensure responsible AI adoption with focus on compliance, security, and ethical usage

- Drive AI risk management and model governance initiatives

- Define guardrails for enterprise AI implementations

4. Conversational AI & Digital Agent Strategy :

- Design architectures for conversational AI platforms and intelligent digital agents

- Evaluate and implement GenAI, LLMs, virtual assistants, and chatbot solutions

- Define agent orchestration, workflow automation, and AI interaction frameworks

- Support enterprise-wide AI adoption strategies

5. Event-Driven & Streaming Architecture :

- Design event-driven architectures for real-time business processes

- Build scalable solutions using messaging and streaming technologies

- Define integration patterns for distributed systems and microservices environments

6. Data, Analytics & Decision Enablement :

- Architect data platforms supporting AI, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives

- Enable data-driven decision-making through modern data architecture

- Ensure data quality, governance, and scalability across platforms

- Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams

7. Vendor Governance & Capability Building :

- Evaluate technology vendors and AI platform providers

- Drive long-term capability development and technology roadmap planning

- Support enterprise architecture governance and technology standardization

- Mentor teams and establish architectural best practices

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong experience as a Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure acceptable)

- Strong understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, and enterprise AI adoption

- Experience designing large-scale enterprise architectures

- Expertise in API-led integration and microservices architecture

- Knowledge of event-driven and streaming architectures

- Experience with enterprise data platforms and analytics ecosystems

- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills

- Experience driving architecture governance and transformation initiatives

Good to Have :

- Experience with Vertex AI, OpenAI, Gemini, or other AI platforms

- Knowledge of AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks

- Experience with Kafka, Pub/Sub, or event streaming technologies

- TOGAF, Cloud, or AI-related certifications

- Experience leading enterprise digital transformation programs
