Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, design, and oversee the development of complex web applications using .NET Core/.NET 5+, ASP.NET Core, C#, and Web API technologies.

- Ensure best practices in object-oriented programming, software design patterns, asynchronous programming, and event-driven architectures.

- Drive database design and optimization efforts using Microsoft SQL Server or other databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Databricks, leveraging frameworks like Entity Framework Core and ADO.NET.

- Collaborate effectively with remote and distributed teams, managing priorities and schedules across different time zones.

- Maintain a strong focus on delivering high-quality code and meeting tight deadlines under pressure.

- Communicate technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders and document technical designs and

decisions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 14 to 18 years of technology experience with 7 to 10 years in leadership roles.

- Deep knowledge of database systems such as Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Databricks.

- Proficient in Microsoft data frameworks like EF Core and ADO.NET.

- Solid understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, asynchronous and parallel programming.

- Experience working with distributed remote teams and ability to manage overlapping schedules across

time zones.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to both technical

and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.

Preferred (Good to Have): :

- Experience with Agile methodologies, including pair programming or mob programming (Extreme Programming).

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.

- Knowledge of NoSQL databases.

- Proactive in identifying and resolving performance issues before they impact applications.

- Strong understanding of version control systems, particularly git.
