Job Summary :

As an AD and Okta Analyst, the candidate is expected to support various Identity and Access Management projects and work with the team to support extensive application portfolio.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- At least 5+ years of experience in IT with focus on Security Engineering and Identity Access Management (IAM).

- Strong Understanding of SAML / OAuth / OPEN ID Connect protocols and its behaviour.

- Good understanding of Okta single sign on along with multi-factor (OKTA Verify / RSA / SMS / etc.) authentications.

- Strong knowledge and proven experience on Okta SSO/MFA.

- Experience in integrating partners of different domains for achieving SSO using standards like SAML, OAuth and WS-Federation on Okta SSO/MFA platform.

- Experience in integrating applications with Okta SSO/MFA for achieving SSO, session management and password management solutions.

- Working with LDAP related technologies AD, OID, DS SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Hands-on experience.

- Design/build/install/configure/customize, implement, and support Identity and Access Management solutions using Okta Identity and Access Management components.

- Hands on experience implementing identity and access management/ Single Sign On SSO projects using Okta SSO/MFA solutions.

- Experience in implementing at least two IAM engagements, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support.

- Onboarding and off boarding of API Gateways accounts from Okta.

- Ability to administer and manage Okta Integration with different inhouse / hosted applications.

- Ability to set up Okta IDM (Authorization Server / AD Gent / IWA Agent) with all of applications (Web App/Mobile APP/Single Page etc.).

- Adding/Removing Claims from applications.

- Strong understanding on Application integration with OKTA and exposer towards working with OKTA vendor as needed.

- Good Understanding on Active Directory Services / ADLDS.

- Understanding on Network Level policies to limit the end user / Device Trust access.

- Prior experience with Active Directory Domain Admin (Active Directory design & architecture, Group Policy, Windows Server, Security, Active Directory troubleshooting) in production environment.

- Experience with Linux and Windows Operating Systems.

- Understanding of ITIL and Agile is a plus.

- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills - with attention to details.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Experience with Ansible, PowerShell, Java, Python is a huge plus.

- Any experience with Active Directory DS & LDS, FIM/MIM, GPO, Change Auditor, Recovery Manager, Azure AD Connect is a huge plus.

- Hands on experience with the below Active directory tasks is a huge plus.

- Plan and execute Active Directory Domain Level Implementation & upgrades.

- Understanding of GPO's and implement them as per the requirement.

- Troubleshooting of replication / GPO / Authentication failure issues.

- Should have decent understanding on account lockouts issues.

- Capability of managing the Core operating system and apply the windows security patches manually as needed.

- A decent understanding of Azure AD and policy structure.

- The ability to create user-related policies in an Azure AD environment.

- Understanding of change auditor importance and usage.

- Understanding of the recovery manager tool (Quest) and its usage.
