As a Lead C# engineer, you will design scalable solutions, lead architecture decisions, and ensure high-quality deliverables. You'll guide the team on coding standards, conduct code reviews, and collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs.

Additionally, you'll drive performance improvements, oversee project status, and lead agile retrospectives and demos.

Position Overview :

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer in C#, who has C# programming experience of over 5 years with the proven ability to steer a team towards developing well-architected solutions. The Technical Lead will design and implement software for multiple applications in the Semiconductor, Medical, Automotive, High-Tech Capital Equipment and Manufacturing industries. This is a role where you can expect to work with Fortune 500 companies in these industries and gain vast experience in Test and Measurement Automation using your core know-how in C#.

Key Responsibilities :

- As the Lead Software Engineer, you will lead the team to reach its creative and technical best.

- You will translate requirements into simple, scalable designs that are easy to maintain and use. You will provide technical direction and make decisions on architecture, tech riskanalysis, etc.

- You will provide detailed estimations and take the lead on building solutions and functional specification documents.

- You will keep an eye on new functional specifications and be proactive about quality, performance and architecture, communicating to relevant decision makers.

- You will establish coding and design guidelines for the team, recommending relevant code libraries and platforms for the team to consider, reviewing code periodically.

- You will implement detailed Design with required prototypes to explore new concepts.

- Be A Great Communicator and Leader

- You will work closely with customers to understand their needs. Your goal is to provide a delightful experience for customers.

- You will lead Demos to clients and ensure high quality deliverables with required documentation.

- You will work with the Agile team and bring your team together to analyze performance metrics, retrospections and action plans.

- You will report on the status and development of Projects to senior team members.

Qualifications :

- Proven C#, ASP.NET Programming experience of 5- 10 years, with an Engineering graduation.

- Prior experience in Project Management / Team handling is a must.

- You have a good understanding of MVVM design pattern, WPF and Multithreading concepts.

- You are an expert at writing unit tests and have experience in using memory profile tools.

- You will also have experience of working with configuration management tools such as GitLab, SVN and Perforce.

Additional Details :

Work Location (Bangalore/Coimbatore) : This role will require working from the office (WFO) for the first 12 months. Based on individual performance and business requirements, a remote or hybrid work option may be considered after one year.
