Software Team Lead - C#/.Net/Blazor

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Software Team Lead to guide cross-functional engineering teams and drive the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance software solutions. The ideal candidate will be technically strong, people-focused, and comfortable working across multiple technologies including .NET, cloud platforms, and modern data/AI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team across backend, frontend, automation, and AI initiatives.

- Architect and develop robust web applications using C#, .NET, and Blazor.

- Design and implement API-driven integrations and automated workflows.

- Oversee deployment pipelines using Docker, GitHub Actions, and Azure/AWS CI/CD.

- Contribute to data-driven and AI-enabled application features using Python frameworks.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and delivery milestones.

- Ensure high-quality coding standards, documentation, and performance optimization.

- Conduct technical reviews, provide guidance, and support continuous improvement.

Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, Blazor

- Good exposure to REST APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases

- Familiarity with Python + TensorFlow/PyTorch preferred

- Experience with DevOps & containerization (Docker / GitHub Actions / CI-CD pipelines)

- Strong understanding of scalable cloud architectures (Azure / AWS)

Leadership Skills :

- Proven experience managing and mentoring engineering teams

- Strong task planning, prioritization, and workload management

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams

- Experience delivering customer-facing enterprise applications

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field

- Experience in IoT, AI platforms, or data-driven product ecosystems

- Exposure to automotive, energy, or industrial platforms is an advantage
