TECHNICAL MUST-HAVES :

- Strong programming fundamentals

- Hands-on experience with Rust

- Experience with Svelte / SvelteKit

- Experience with LanceDB

- Understanding of Generative AI and LLM fundamentals

- Knowledge of RAG and Vector Search

- Understanding of Data Security / DLP principles

GOOD TO HAVE :

- Cloud platform experience

- Docker

- Enterprise security & compliance

- Experience building production-grade RAG applications

- Experience developing AI Agents

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Build and maintain robust backend services

- Integrate LLMs into enterprise applications

- Implement security and privacy controls

- Contribute to system and architectural design

- Develop scalable AI-powered solutions

- Collaborate with engineering teams on technical initiatives
