Role Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned Software Engineer to join our core product team in Noida, focusing on building scalable, high-performance web applications using the MERN stack. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development lifecycle, from conceptualizing architectural improvements to deploying robust features that serve thousands of concurrent users. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into seamless digital experiences. Your work will directly influence our platform's scalability and user retention, ensuring that our technical infrastructure remains agile and competitive in a fast-paced market.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement scalable server-side logic using Node.js and Express to ensure high availability and low latency for our end-users.

- Design responsive, intuitive user interfaces with React.js that enhance customer engagement and streamline complex workflows.

- Manage and optimize MongoDB databases to ensure data integrity and high-speed retrieval for data-intensive business applications.

- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high engineering standards and foster a culture of technical excellence within the team.

- Integrate third-party APIs and microservices to extend platform functionality and provide a unified experience for our global client base.

- Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues to minimize downtime and maintain a seamless experience for our stakeholders.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building full-stack applications using the MERN stack, with a deep understanding of asynchronous programming and state management.

- Proven ability to design RESTful APIs and implement secure authentication protocols to protect sensitive user data.

- Strong proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and testable code, supported by a solid grasp of data structures and algorithm design.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a collaborative, hybrid office environment in Noida.

- A proactive mindset toward problem-solving, with the adaptability to pivot between legacy system maintenance and the development of new, innovative features.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in software engineering principles.

- Ability to work effectively within a 4 - 7 years experience bracket, demonstrating a track record of delivering high-impact projects in a professional setting.
