Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop backend microservices and APIs using Java (Spring Boot) and Node.js for GlueBlu.

- Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL to create efficient and scalable data structures.

- Deploy, optimize, and maintain applications in AWS cloud environments.

- Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver impactful HR Tech solutions.

- Ensure performance, security, and scalability through best coding practices and code reviews.

- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance for a growing SaaS user base.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5- 6 years of backend development experience.

- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and REST API design.

- Practical experience with Node.js for backend services.

- Hands-on with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.

- Experience in AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.

- Knowledge of microservices architecture, Git, CI/CD, and Docker/Kubernetes is desirable
