Software Engineer - Java

Description :

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with strong expertise in Core Java, MQTT messaging protocols, and experience in database management. The ideal candidate will also have experience integrating backend services into a ReactJS front end. Prior exposure to healthcare standards, workflows, or compliance frameworks (such as DICOM, HL7 HIPAA) will be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Core Java.

- Implement and optimize MQTT-based messaging systems for real-time communication.

- Work with relational/non-relational databases for data modeling, query optimization, and integration.

- Collaborate with front-end teams to ensure seamless integration with ReactJS-based UIs.

- Participate in requirement analysis, system design, and code reviews.

- Ensure solutions adhere to healthcare compliance and data security standards.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve performance or reliability issues across the stack.

- Document technical designs, workflows, and integration points.

Requirements :

- Core Java : Strong proficiency in OOP concepts, collections, multithreading, and performance tuning.

- MQTT : Hands-on experience implementing publish-subscribe messaging systems.

- Database : Solid knowledge of SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).

- Integration with ReactJS : Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and WebSocket integrations.

- Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes preferred).

- Strong problem-solving skills and debugging abilities.

- Good understanding of version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Preferred (Healthcare Exposure).

- Experience with healthcare IT standards : HL7 DICOM.

- Awareness of HIPAA compliance and secure data.
