- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems for our flagship product.

- Ensure backend systems are secure, reliable, and performant.

- Drive test coverage, automation, and continuous delivery practices within the team.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement RESTful APIs.

- Optimize system performance through profiling, garbage collection tuning, and SQL query optimization.

- Mentor and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a culture of growth and best practices.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of software development experience with strong computer science fundamentals.

- Expertise in the Java ecosystem (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).

- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and secure code.

- Strong understanding of REST API design principles.

- Deep knowledge of relational databases, transactions, and entity-relationship modeling.

- Hands-on experience building highly concurrent systems.

- Familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing strategies.

- Skilled in using profilers and performance tuning techniques.
