Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Software Engineer to join our core engineering team in Gurugram. Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement end-to-end software solutions using Java and Spring Boot to ensure high availability and optimal system performance for our enterprise clients.

- Develop intuitive and responsive front-end interfaces using React.js and JavaScript to enhance user engagement and streamline complex workflows.

- Deploy and manage cloud-native applications on Google Cloud Platform to improve infrastructure scalability and reduce operational overhead.

- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards and foster a culture of technical excellence across the team.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, ensuring that engineering efforts align with long-term business objectives and market demands.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated mastery in building full-stack applications with a deep understanding of Java, Spring Boot, and modern JavaScript frameworks like React.js.

- Proven ability to architect and maintain cloud-based infrastructure within Google Cloud Platform, including managing microservices and containerized environments.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead collaborative problem-solving sessions.

- Exceptional analytical mindset to troubleshoot critical production issues and optimize system performance in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment in Gurugram, demonstrating self-motivation and the capacity to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

- Candidates must possess 9 - 13 years of professional software development experience, ideally backed by a degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
