Role Overview :

We are seeking a high-caliber Software Engineer to join our engineering team in Gurugram, where you will play a pivotal role in designing and scaling robust full-stack applications. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development lifecycle, ensuring that our platform remains reliable, scalable, and user-centric. Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and Java to ensure high availability and optimal performance for our end users.

- Develop and optimize server-side logic using Spring Boot to streamline data processing and improve system responsiveness.

- Deploy and manage cloud-native infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform to enhance system reliability and reduce operational latency.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate technical specifications into functional features that drive business growth and user engagement.

- Conduct rigorous code reviews and implement best practices to maintain high engineering standards across the development team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building responsive front-end interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.

- Strong proficiency in back-end development with Java and Spring Boot, with a focus on building secure and efficient RESTful APIs.

- Proven ability to design, deploy, and monitor scalable microservices within the Google Cloud Platform ecosystem.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Gurugram.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development.
