Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications using React.js and Python.

- Build intuitive, responsive, and scalable frontend experiences.

- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with a focus on performance and reliability.

- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to improve product performance and user experience.

- Write clean, secure, modular, and testable code following engineering best practices.

- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver features.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and production reliability.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production systems.

- Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering excellence through best coding practices.

Required Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, preferably in product-based companies or startups.

- Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, and CSS3.

- Hands-on experience with Redux and Redux Saga.

- Strong experience with Python and its ecosystem.

- Solid understanding of frontend architecture, reusable components, and design systems.

- Experience with Git and modern software development workflows.

- Good understanding of REST APIs and backend integration.

- Strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, OOP, and multithreading.

- Experience handling complex business workflows and large datasets.

- Knowledge of secure coding practices and application security.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
