Experience Required : 2- 3 years of strong experience in backend development using Node.js.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js.

- Build and optimize RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.

- Work with MongoDB to design efficient schemas, perform batch operations, and write optimized queries.

- Implement advanced JavaScript concepts like Promises, async/await, and error handling.

- Collaborate with front-end developers, QA, and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Maintain code versioning and workflow using Git.

- Participate in troubleshooting, and debugging for backend-related issues.

- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills :

- 2- 3 years of Node.js development with strong backend focus.

- Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB.

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and understanding of advanced concepts (Promises, async/await, batch operations, etc.

- Strong knowledge of REST API development.

- Experience with Git for version control.

- Excellent verbal communication skills.

Good-to-Have (Optional Skills) :

- Experience with React.js or Angular for frontend development.

- Knowledge of Elasticsearch.

- Familiarity with microservices or serverless architecture.
