We are seeking a passionate SDE-1 (Backend Engineer) who is eager to build scalable backend systems and grow into a strong backend specialist. You will work closely with senior engineers to design and implement core services in Golang, integrate with Kafka for event-driven workflows, and build robust REST APIs powering our applications.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services in Golang.

- Implement REST APIs and ensure high performance and reliability.

- Work with Kafka to build and consume event-driven systems.

- Contribute to database design and query optimization in both SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with proper documentation.

- Participate in code reviews, learning from peers while improving overall code quality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, product, QA, DevOps).

Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

- 1-3 years of experience building backend services.

- Proficiency in at least one programming language (preferably Golang; Python is a plus).

- Understanding of event-driven architectures and message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ).

- Experience with REST API development and integration.

- Exposure to SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).

- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker).

- Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
