Strong background in full-stack engineering, cloud architecture, system design, and technical leadership with hands-on experience across modern frontend, backend, DevOps, and cloud technologies.

Education & Experience :

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

- 10+ years of progressive experience in software development, full-stack engineering, system architecture, and technical leadership.

- Extensive experience designing and implementing large-scale, distributed, cloud-based enterprise applications.

- Proven expertise in architecting highly scalable, secure, and resilient systems supporting millions of transactions and users.

- Strong experience leading cross-functional engineering teams and driving architecture decisions across multiple products and platforms.

Frontend & Mobile Expertise :

- Extensive hands-on experience with JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

- Strong expertise in React.js, Redux Toolkit (RTK), React Hooks, and modern frontend architecture patterns.

- Experience developing cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.

- Hands-on experience integrating Firebase services including Authentication, Analytics, Push Notifications, and Cloud Messaging.

- Experience implementing Google Analytics and user behavior tracking solutions.

- Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Tailwind CSS, PostCSS, Material UI, Fluent UI, and component-based design systems.

- Experience designing and implementing Micro Frontend architectures for large-scale applications.

- Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization, accessibility, responsive design, and state management.

Backend & Architecture Expertise:

- Extensive experience developing scalable backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and Hapi.js.

- Proven expertise in Microservices Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Event-Driven Systems.

- Strong experience designing RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and service orchestration workflows.

- Experience building high-performance distributed systems with fault tolerance and scalability considerations.

- Hands-on experience with relational databases including MySQL and PostgreSQL.

- Strong knowledge of Redis for caching, session management, and performance optimization.

- Experience designing data models, database optimization strategies, and scalable storage solutions.

- Proficient in Object-Oriented Design, UML diagrams, design patterns, and architecture documentation.

Engineering Excellence & Quality Practices:

- Strong advocate of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).

- Hands-on experience with Jest, Mocha, Jasmine, Karma, Playwright, and end-to-end testing frameworks.

- Experience establishing automated testing strategies across frontend and backend applications.

- Expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and similar DevOps tools.

- Strong understanding of code quality, static analysis, automated deployments, and release management processes.

Cloud & DevOps Expertise:

- Extensive experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.

- Hands-on experience deploying and managing containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience with container orchestration, auto-scaling, infrastructure automation, and cloud-native architecture patterns.

- Strong knowledge of monitoring, logging, observability, and application performance management solutions.

- Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud security best practices.

Additional Technical Expertise:

- Experience implementing event streaming solutions using Apache Kafka.

- Knowledge of Serverless Architecture and cloud-native event-driven systems.

- Experience designing GraphQL APIs and gateway architectures.

- Familiarity with real-time messaging, distributed event processing, and asynchronous communication patterns.

Education and Experience Requirements:

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in full stack engineering, system design and architecture.

- Proven experience designing and implementing large scale, distributed, cloud based applications.

What We Are Looking For: Frontend and Mobile Experience:

- Strong experience with modern JavaScript and TypeScript frameworks including React and Redux RTK.

- Experience with React Native, Firebase and Google Analytics for mobile development.

- Deep expertise in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, TailwindCSS, PostCSS, shadcn, MaterialUI and FluentUI.

- Experience architecting micro frontend approaches is highly desirable.

Backend and Services Architecture:

- Strong proficiency in NodeJS, ExpressJS, HapiJS and microservices design.

- Experience designing large scale RESTful services and data orchestration workflows.

- Experience with relational and nonrelational datastores including MySQL, PostgreSQL and Redis.

- Strong grounding in object oriented design, UML, system modelling and structured architectural documentation.

Engineering Practices:

- Deep experience with TDD, BDD, Jest, Mocha, Jasmine, Karma, Playwright and end to end testing frameworks.

- Strong familiarity with CI CD principles and tooling such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins or equivalent.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, container orchestration and cloud architectures (AWS or Azure).

- Experience with Kafka, Serverless architectures, GraphQL or data streaming systems is a significant advantage
