About the Role :

We are looking for a highly experienced Snowflake Solutions Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native data platforms. This role requires deep expertise in Snowflake and modern data engineering tools, along with the ability to define robust, high-performance architectures. If you are passionate about building data solutions, driving best practices, and mentoring teams, this role is for you.

Required Skills :

- 12+ years of experience in data architecture and engineering

- Strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake

- Advanced proficiency in SQL

- Experience with Matillion or DBT (Matillion preferred)

- Strong programming skills in Python / PySpark

- Proven expertise in solution design, system architecture, and performance optimisation

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

- Ability to design and implement scalable data pipelines and modern data platforms

- Strong leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide engineering teams

- Experience working closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

- Deep understanding of data engineering best practices, data modelling, and governance

- Expertise in system sizing, performance tuning, and optimisation
