JOB LOCATION : Hyderabad, India

EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Full-Time

WORK MODE : Hybrid (3 Days Work from Office)

BUDGET : 30 - 35 LPA

EXPERIENCE : 6 - 10 Years

NOTICE PERIOD : Immediate to 15 Days

QUALIFICATION : B.E./B.Tech or Master's Degree (Any Graduate)

REQUIRED SKILLS :

- 6-10 years of hands-on Data Engineering experience

- Strong expertise in Snowflake

- Experience with at least one of the following : dbt, Airbyte, Airflow (or similar orchestration tools), Terraform

- Strong understanding of Dimensional Modeling (Kimball Facts & Dimensions)

- Experience in Production Support, Managed Services, or Service Desk Operations

- Knowledge of Incident Management, Service Requests, and SLA Management

- Experience with Jira / Jira Service Management (JSM)

- Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills

- Team leadership or mentoring experience

- Strong stakeholder management skills

GOOD TO HAVE :

- Experience supporting enterprise Snowflake platforms

- Knowledge of Data Quality SLAs and Data Contracts

- Experience establishing or improving Service Desk processes

- Familiarity with Data Lineage/Catalog tools such as DataHub

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Monitor, prioritize, and assign incoming service tickets

- Resolve complex production issues across Snowflake, dbt, Airbyte, Airflow, and Terraform environments

- Lead and mentor a team of Data Engineers

- Ensure adherence to SLA response and resolution timelines

- Handle critical escalations and coordinate with internal stakeholders

- Prepare regular service performance reports and present operational insights to management

- Continuously improve service desk processes, workflows, and operational efficiency

- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to maintain high platform availability and service quality

- Communicate technical issues effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
