About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Snowflake / Power BI Data Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Snowflake, SQL, ETL/ELT, data engineering, and Power BI. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable data solutions, ensuring data quality, and delivering enterprise-level analytics and reporting.

Mandatory Skills :

- Hands-on experience with Snowflake

- Strong SQL skills including CTEs, Joins, Window Functions, and Query Optimization

- Strong experience in ETL/ELT and Data Engineering

- Experience in Data Modelling and Data Validation

- Hands-on Power BI dashboard and report development

- Experience working on enterprise-scale projects

- Strong understanding of data pipelines, data quality, and performance optimization

Preferred Skills :

- DBT, Apache Airflow, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks

- ServiceNow / ITSM exposure

- Experience with AWS and/or Azure

- Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and modern data engineering practices

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and optimize Snowflake data solutions

- Build and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines

- Develop efficient SQL queries and optimize data processing performance

- Design scalable data models for analytics and reporting

- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks

- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports

- Work with business and technical teams to understand data requirements

- Troubleshoot data and reporting issues and ensure timely resolution

- Contribute to enterprise data engineering and analytics initiatives

- Follow data governance, security, and development best practices
