Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Snowflake Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise data solutions on the Snowflake platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Snowflake, SQL, ETL development, Talend, Python, and Apache Airflow. You will be responsible for building scalable data pipelines, optimizing data processing, and supporting analytics and reporting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain data solutions using Snowflake.

- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Talend and other ETL tools.

- Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.

- Develop automation scripts and data processing workflows using Python.

- Build, schedule, and monitor workflows using Apache Airflow.

- Integrate data from multiple structured and unstructured sources into Snowflake.

- Optimize Snowflake performance, data models, and query execution.

- Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance across the data platform.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide performance tuning and optimization.

- Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience with Snowflake development and administration.

- Expertise in SQL programming and query optimization.

- Hands-on experience with Talend and ETL/ELT development.

- Proficiency in Python scripting for data processing and automation.

- Experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration.

- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional data modeling.

- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and data integration.

- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Knowledge of data lake architectures and modern analytics platforms.

- Experience with DBT, Spark, or Kafka is an added advantage.

- Snowflake certification is preferred.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
