Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Snowflake Solution Architect to design, build, and manage large-scale cloud data platforms and enterprise data warehouse solutions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Snowflake architecture, modern data engineering ecosystems, cloud-native platforms, orchestration frameworks, and scalable data pipeline development. The role requires strong technical leadership capabilities, architecture design expertise, and hands-on experience in building enterprise-grade analytics and data transformation platforms.
Candidates with exposure to AI/LLM ecosystems and modern AI frameworks will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and architect scalable Snowflake-based data warehouse and analytics solutions for enterprise environments.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of modern cloud data platforms, data lake architectures, and enterprise reporting ecosystems.
- Build, optimize, and manage large-scale data warehouses and cloud-native data transformation pipelines.
- Develop and implement scalable ELT/ETL workflows using DBT, Airflow, and modern orchestration frameworks.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, DevOps, and Business teams to design high-performance data solutions.
- Drive architecture decisions related to data modeling, storage optimization, compute management, security, governance, and scalability within Snowflake environments.
- Work on containerized and cloud-native deployment architectures using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Develop automation frameworks, monitoring strategies, and data platform optimization initiatives.
- Support enterprise data modernization and migration programs from legacy platforms to Snowflake ecosystems.
- Ensure performance tuning, query optimization, cost management, and operational efficiency of Snowflake environments.
- Participate in architecture reviews, technical governance discussions, and strategic platform initiatives.
- Mentor engineering teams and establish best practices across cloud data engineering and analytics ecosystems.
Required Skills :
- Strong expertise in Snowflake Solution Architecture and enterprise data warehousing.
- Hands-on experience building and managing large-scale data warehouse platforms.
- Strong expertise in DBT, Apache Airflow, Kubernetes, Docker, and Python.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native data engineering and modern analytics architectures.
- Experience in data modeling, ELT/ETL pipeline design, orchestration, and workflow automation.
- Strong performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.
Preferred Skills :
- Exposure to AI/LLM ecosystems and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or related AI technologies.
- Experience with modern Data Lake, Lakehouse, and cloud analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms preferred.
