We are looking for a Product Manager Personal Loans to drive growth, conversion, and customer experience for Snapmint's Personal Loan vertical. You will own key lending metrics across customer acquisition, underwriting, loan disbursal, repeat borrowing, and portfolio performance while working closely with Credit, Data Science, Engineering, Risk, and Lending Partners.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Own Personal Loan KPIs including loan conversion, approval rate, disbursal volume, repeat rate etc.

- Identify customer needs and market opportunities to improve loan adoption and engagement.

- Optimize the end-to-end lending journey from eligibility, onboarding, underwriting, KYC, disbursal, and repayments.

- Partner with Credit and Data Science teams to improve underwriting, risk segmentation, and decisioning models.

- Translate business problems into product requirements and work with Engineering and Design teams for execution.

- Monitor business performance through data, customer insights, and cohort analysis to drive continuous improvements.

- Collaborate with lending, banking, and ecosystem partners to launch and scale new loan products.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex product lifecycles in the fintech or lending domain, with a strong focus on user-centric design and business metrics.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and SQL to extract actionable insights from user data and product performance reports.

- Strong communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project timelines and objectives.

- Proven experience in working within an agile environment, demonstrating the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and tight deadlines.

- A bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or a related quantitative field from a premier institute is preferred.

- Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment in Bengaluru, contributing to a collaborative and high-energy team culture.
