Job Title : SailPoint IdentityNow / Identity Security Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) / Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementation. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in end-to-end implementations and strong technical knowledge in IAM technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, Develop and Deploy SailPoint IDN/ISC implementation(s).

- Contribute to the Requirements Gathering activities.

- Contribute to the activities for Technical Design.

- Contribute to the Project Documentation, such as the Solution Requirements Specifications, Business Requirements Document, Technical Design Document, Test Cases Document etc.

- Develop code and perform unit testing in line with the requirements and design, for all client-specific use cases.

- Contribute to or Lead the Code Review activities.

- Perform Integration Testing.

- Contribute to debugging and troubleshooting of issues, including interactions with the technology vendor.

- Assist the client(s) with execution of User Acceptance Testing.

- Assist the client(s) with readiness for deployment and actual deployment, followed by Post-Production Support.

- Contribute to business development activities, such as working on business proposals.

- Contribute to any possible IAM strategy engagements which would encompass Current State Assessment, Vendor Comparison and Selection, Target State Documentation, and Road Map, etc.

- Contribute to or Lead internal SailPoint IDN/ISC training sessions.

- Adhere to and implement security best practices across all applicable engagements.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Primary Skill: 4 - 10 years of relevant experience in end-to-end SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN)/ Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementation.

- Secondary Skill(s): Good to have an understanding of OAUTH, JSON, REST, SOAP and Network Protocols (SSL, SSH, FTP, SMTP, HTTP and HTTPS etc.).

- Technical Environment: SailPoint IdentityNow.

- B.Tech / M.Tech / MS / MCA / MBA.

- Experience: 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in SailPoint IdentityNow/ Identity Security Cloud end-to-end implementations.

- Candidate should have min 5 years of experience implementing SailPoint IAM projects with min 3 years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IDN/ISC.

- Experience in implementing at least one end-to-end SailPoint IDN/ISC implementation, including but not limited to use cases documentation, design, defining architecture, development, testing, deployment, and post deployment support.

Must have :

- Experience in developing cloud and connector rules.

- Experience with IDN/ISC REST APIs.

- Experience in configuring workflows and forms.

- Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Virtual Appliances.

- Experience in implementing JML in IDN/ISC including application onboarding (Workday, Active Directory, ServiceNow, Entra ID).

- Experience in configuring certifications and policies.

Good to Have Skills / Certifications :

- Implementation experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).

- Experience in complex connector integrations, such as custom connector development or any other complex connectors with deep customizations.

- Experience in Networking concepts and PowerShell Scripting.

- Exposure to standard software development lifecycle, and related frameworks and methodologies.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
