- Kafka (topics, partitions, consumers, stream processing).

- RabbitMQ / ActiveMQ (any MQ frameworks).

- REST APIs, JPA/Hibernate.

- Microservices Architecture.

- SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) & NoSQL (MongoDB).

- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Jenkins).

- Git, Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Design microservices and build scalable APIs.

- Implement event-driven systems with Kafka or RabbitMQ.

- Work with relational and NoSQL databases.

- Lead technical decisions and mentor junior developers.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Collaborate with DevOps, frontend, and product teams.

- Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Good to Have :

- Reactive programming experience (Spring WebFlux).

- Cloud exposure (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Experience with managed Kafka (MSK, Confluent).

- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, ELK, Grafana.

- Exposure to architecture design and team leadership.
