Professional Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Hexagon EAM BI Report Developer & Integration Specialist to architect and manage business intelligence solutions and data pipelines. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) data and actionable insights by developing high-performance Power BI dashboards and robust integration workflows. This role requires a deep technical understanding of SQL Server, Snowflake (Unified Data Hub), and Python-based data processing to ensure seamless data flow across the ecosystem. Expertise in managing EAM procurement interfaces and utilizing Databridge for dataflow orchestration is critical for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI reports and interactive dashboards specifically tailored to EAM operational and financial metrics.

- Architect complex SQL queries and stored procedures to extract and transform data from Hexagon EAM (Infor EAM) databases.

- Build and manage EAMS Procurement interfaces to facilitate data exchange with dependent systems using SFTP protocols and SQL Server staging environments.

- Develop Python scripts to automate data ingestion, processing, and transformation from Snowflake Data Lake (UDH) and other cloud environments.

- Implement and consume RESTful/SOAP APIs to integrate EAM data with third-party applications and internal ReactJS-based components.

- Utilize Infor/Hexagon Databridge and Pro Dataflow Studio to document and manage technical specifications, data models, and complex integration workflows.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate vague reporting requirements into high-fidelity technical solutions and analytical models.

- Optimize BI solution performance by implementing effective data indexing, partitioning, and DAX query tuning.

- Execute rigorous data validation, cleansing, and transformation processes to maintain the integrity of the Unified Data Hub (UDH).

- Partner with EAM functional teams to map system workflows and underlying data structures to reporting needs.

- Provide end-to-end troubleshooting and support for existing BI assets, ensuring high availability of critical operational dashboards.

- Lead the implementation of automated data quality checks and error-handling mechanisms within integration pipelines.

Skills :

- Expert-level proficiency in Power BI development, including DAX, Power Query (M), and advanced visualization techniques.

- Extensive experience with Hexagon EAM (formerly Infor EAM) data schemas, modules, and business processes (Work Management, Procurement, Materials).

- Strong command over SQL Server development, including performance tuning and complex join logic.

- Proficiency in Python for data engineering tasks, particularly using libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Request modules.

- Deep understanding of API-led connectivity and experience with webhooks and middleware integration.

- Hands-on experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data lake architectures (UDH).

- Technical knowledge of SFTP/FTPS protocols for secure file-based data exchanges.

- Ability to design and interpret ERDs (Entity Relationship Diagrams) and data flow diagrams.

- Familiarity with front-end ReactJS concepts for potential integration with custom web components.

- Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and anomalies in large asset management datasets.

- Strong business communication skills to bridge the gap between technical execution and stakeholder expectations.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Hexagon EAM Databridge Pro Dataflow Studio for advanced integration orchestration.

- Knowledge of HxGN EAM mobile application data synchronization and reporting.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps for project tracking.

- Understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and IoT data integration into EAM systems.

- Certification in Power BI (PL-300) or Hexagon EAM technical tracks.

- Experience with version control systems like Git for managing Python scripts and SQL deployments.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related Engineering field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in BI development and data integration, with at least 3 years focused on Hexagon/Infor EAM.

- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end integration projects involving cloud data lakes and on-premise EAM systems.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
