Simpliigence - Java Backend Engineer - Spring Frameworks

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.

- Implement object-oriented design principles and design patterns to build scalable and reusable components.

- Develop server-side components with multi-threaded programming and optimize for performance and scalability.

- Work with JMS and integrate with various databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2 using efficient database connectivity techniques.

- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions to ensure high-quality product delivery.

- Collaborate in Agile teams and contribute to iterative development cycles.

- Maintain clear documentation and communicate effectively within onsite-offshore delivery setups.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong expertise in Java core concepts, object-oriented design, design patterns, and J2EE technologies.

- Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate ORM, and REST API development.

- Proven experience in server-side Java programming including multi-threading and JMS.

- Good knowledge of database systems (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2) and SQL optimization.

- Solid troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills.

- Good communication and documentation skills.

- Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus.

- Ability to work in a hybrid onsite-offshore delivery model is preferred.
