We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Lead to own the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of our core products. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

You will lead a team of engineers across the stack, driving best practices in design, development, and deployment. The role combines deep technical ownership with leadership responsibilities - ensuring scalability, performance, and innovation in every line of code

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of full-stack and backend engineers.

- Architect, design, and review high-performance, scalable systems across our AI-powered product suite.

- Collaborate with product, AI, and data teams to deliver new features and core enhancements.

- Oversee the full software development lifecycle - from requirements to production deployment.

- Establish and maintain engineering best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality standards.

- Guide the adoption of modern frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps automation.

- Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and hiring processes.

Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in a team lead or senior technical role.

- Strong foundation in backend architecture and system design.

- Backend : Expertise in Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, or Django), SQL, and MongoDB.

- Frontend : Proficiency with ReactJS and micro-frontend (MFE) architectures.

- DevOps : Experience with Docker, GCP, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and scalable microservice design.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Experience with Golang is an added advantage.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with AI/ML pipelines or data engineering.

- Exposure to observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus) and infrastructure-as-code.

- Background in B2B SaaS or risk/compliance tech.
