Role Summary :

We are seeking AI-aware Software Developers who are not limited to coding alone.

The ideal candidate will contribute to development while also supporting QA, Business Analysis, and AI feature enablement when required.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain application features.

- Work on AI-integrated components such as automation, workflows, or data processing.

- Collaborate with BAs to clarify requirements and suggest technical solutions.

- Assist QA teams in understanding technical flows, logs, and root cause analysis.

- Fix defects, optimize performance, and improve application reliability.

- Participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, and production support when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 1-3 years of hands-on development experience.

- Strong programming skills in one or more technologies (Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, etc.)

- Basic understanding of AI concepts (LLMs, automation, APIs, data pipelines, or ML services).

- Experience with REST APIs and databases (SQL / NoSQL).

- Familiarity with Git and Agile development practices.

- Willingness to support QA, BA, or troubleshooting activities when required.

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

- Experience working on SaaS or AI-driven products.
