About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Shopify Plus Developer with strong leadership capabilities to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing high-performance Shopify stores, implementing advanced customizations, and integrating complex third-party systems.

You will also lead a team of up to four developers, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of up to 4 Shopify developers.

- Develop, customize, and optimize Shopify Plus stores.

- Build and extend custom checkout experiences using Shopify Checkout Extensibility.

- Implement and manage payment gateway integrations including Stripe, Adyen, and JPMC.

- Create responsive and high-quality UI using Liquid, JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.

- Contribute to headless commerce implementations using Hydrogen or Next.js.

- Integrate GraphQL & REST APIs with third-party applications.

- Work on middleware and OMS integrations to support scalable commerce operations.

- Implement and maintain Avalara tax platform integration.

- Collaborate using Git (GitHub/GitLab) and manage CI/CD pipelines.

- Ensure SEO best practices and optimize site performance.

- Work within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality releases.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4 to 8 years of professional experience in Shopify Plus development.

- Strong expertise in Liquid, front-end technologies, and modern JavaScript.

- Proven experience with custom checkout and checkout extensibility features.

- Hands-on experience integrating payment gateways (Stripe, Adyen, JPMC).

- Experience with headless commerce frameworks (Hydrogen, Next.js preferred).

- Strong understanding of GraphQL & REST API architecture.

- Experience integrating OMS, middleware, and tax platforms (Avalara).

- Familiarity with Git workflows, GitHub/GitLab, and CI/CD practices.

- Solid understanding of SEO and performance optimization techniques.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Shopify apps development.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Exposure to analytics, tracking, or CRO tools.
