Role : Product Manager II - Logistics & Value-Added Services

About the role :

Own one of Shiprocket's fastest-growing logistics products from where it is today to scale, and drive adoption and revenue for our value-added services. You'll work with operations, sales, finance and engineering to take products from idea to launch to measurable revenue, in a business where ground reality changes daily.

What you'll own :

- The product roadmap for a delivery business: dispatch, rider and hub workflows, tracking, and the seller-facing experience

- Monetisation levers across VAS: pricing, packaging, GTM with sales and KAMs, and the adoption metrics behind each

- Internal tooling and automation that reduce cost per shipment and manual ops effort

- Data-driven decisions: you pull your own numbers, run your own RCAs, and bring the answer, not the question

- Using AI in how you work and what you ship: prototyping, analysis, and AI-driven features where they earn their place

What we're looking for :

- 4 - 7 years in product, with at least one 0 - 1 product launched and scaled

- Experience in logistics, mobility, quick-commerce or another operations-heavy business

- Owned a revenue or adoption number, and can show how you moved it

- Comfortable with SQL and data; you don't wait for an analyst

- Hands-on with AI tools in your workflow (Claude, Cursor, Lovable, MCP or similar), with something you've built to show for it

- Strong stakeholder management across ops, sales and engineering; clear writer and communicator

Good to have :

- Engineering or consulting background

- Prior work on seller or merchant-facing platforms

- Published thinking on product or AI
