Role Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven problem-solver with a strong ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights. This role will be pivotal in helping ShipDelight's leadership make informed, strategic decisions by analysing key business metrics, identifying trends, and presenting findings in a compelling and easy-to-understand manner.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor business health and performance.

- Create and automate reports and dashboards to visualize data and provide real-time insights to various departments.

- Work closely with leadership and stakeholders to understand business challenges and objectives.

- Identify areas for operational improvement, cost reduction, and revenue growth based on data analysis.

- Formulate and present data-backed recommendations to senior management, explaining their business impact.

- Assist in designing and maintaining data warehousing and business intelligence infrastructure.

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting.

- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyse data.

- Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to top management, providing a compelling narrative around the data.

Requirement :

- Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.

- 2+ years in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Decision Support roles.

- Proficiency in Excel (Advanced), SQL, and visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
