We are looking for an experienced Senior SharePoint Developer / Tech Lead with 7+ years of expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-grade SharePoint solutions using modern Microsoft 365 technologies. Candidates with experience in the Professional Services or BFSI domain will be preferred.

Required Experience & Skills :

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint development

- Proven expertise in delivering complex SharePoint Online solutions

- Strong experience in Microsoft 365 ecosystem and enterprise collaboration platforms

Core Technical Skills :

SharePoint & SPFx :

- Expert-level development using SharePoint Framework (SPFx)

- Experience building custom web parts, extensions, and reusable SharePoint components

- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online / SharePoint 2016 / 2019

- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, CSOM, PnP Libraries, custom lists, content types, permissions, and security models

Frontend Development :

- Strong proficiency in React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3

Power Platform :

- Experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven Apps)

- Power Automate workflow development

- Power BI and Dataverse integration

Azure & DevOps :

- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure AD, App Services

- Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation

Backend Technologies :

- Strong experience in .NET Core / C#

- RESTful API development and SQL Server

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement SharePoint solutions using SPFx, React, and Azure technologies

- Build custom web parts, Power Apps solutions, and Power Automate workflows

- Integrate SharePoint with Azure services and third-party applications

- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments

- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers

- Conduct code reviews, troubleshooting, optimization, and performance tuning

- Prepare technical documentation and ensure best development practices

- Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain strong communication throughout project delivery

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft Certifications in Microsoft 365 or Azure technologies

- Experience in Microsoft Teams App Development

- Knowledge of Azure Cognitive Services, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices

- Experience in SharePoint migration projects (On-Premises to SharePoint Online)
