Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize solutions on SharePoint Online, including site structures, lists/libraries, content types, and workflows.

- Build and maintain business applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and Power Automate for process automation.

- Integrate SharePoint Online and Power Platform with external systems via APIs, Dataverse, and connectors.

- Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI for data analytics and visualization.

- Implement governance, security, and compliance best practices for SharePoint Online and Power Platform environments.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SharePoint Online and Power Platform applications.

- Collaborate with business analysts, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience in SharePoint Online development and configuration.

- Strong experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Canvas & Model-Driven, Power Automate, Power BI).

- Strong experience in Power Automate approval workflows.

- Proficient in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.

- Experience with PnP PowerShell, provisioning templates, and automation scripts.

- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD integration.

- Hands-on experience with Dataverse, SQL, and integration with external data sources.

- Experience in implementing role-based security, governance, and compliance.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices (Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines).

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client interaction skills.
