Complex Journeys :

- Has designed a complex journey, which is based on updates, multi-channel, automation studio, exit criteria, and all the features in SFMC Journey builder.

Project Operations :

- Has owned timelines, scope/RAID tracking, and stakeholder sign-offs during implementation phases?.

Technical Depth :

- Confirms hands-on with SQL and AMPscript, plus working knowledge of SSJS and HTML/CSS (and basic JavaScript)?.

Marketing Knowledge :

- Confirms suggesting audience segments, defining KPIs, identifying a new marketing strategy, and implementing it in their project?.

Integration Knowledge :

- Confirms building REST/SOAP integrations or API-triggered sends with retry/rate-limit handling? Salesforce native connectors?.
