Job Title : ServiceNow Technical Architect.

Location : Pune, Noida, Bangalore, Hyderabad.

Role Overview :

Were looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions.

If you enjoy owning architecture, mentoring teams, and working on complex integrations, this role is for you.

What Youll Do :

- Design and architect high-performing ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications.

- Lead large-scale ServiceNow implementations and define platform standards, security, and performance best practices.

- Drive integrations with enterprise systems like Azure, AWS, SharePoint, and other platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.

- Review code, enforce development standards, and mentor developers and admins.

- Lead platform upgrades, optimization initiatives, and data model design.

- Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to align ServiceNow solutions with enterprise goals.

What Were Looking For :

- 8 to 12 years of overall IT experience with 7+ years on ServiceNow.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and hands-on expertise with :

a. Glide scripting, Business Rules, UI Policies, ACLs, Flow Designer.

b. JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON.

c. Custom app development using Now Platform App Engine.

- Hands-on experience with at least one ServiceNow suite (ITSM / HRSD / CSM).

- Solid exposure to cloud integrations (Azure, AWS, GCP) and CI/CD practices.

- Experience working on enterprise transformation or consulting projects.

- Ability to lead technical discussions, influence architecture decisions, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
