Role Description :

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Lead / Architect specializing in .Net, Azure Services, MS Power Platform, AI Tools & Platforms, and React.

The Technical Architect will be responsible for designing and developing technical architectures, integrating solutions, developing software, and ensuring enterprise architecture is aligned with business needs.

Day-to-day tasks will include providing technical leadership, creating integration strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Take over ownership and maintenance of existing internal tools built with Azure Functions (PowerShell), PostgreSQL, ASP.NET Core, and PowerApps.

- Collaborate with leadership and business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate them into scalable, maintainable solutions.

- Design and implement new automation workflows and toolset.

- Develop and maintain supporting services in ASP.NET Core / C# using Entity Framework and PostgreSQL.

- Evaluate and incorporate AI-driven enhancements (e.g., LLM integrations, AI-based data processing or decisioning) where appropriate.

- Maintain light PowerApps-based frontends (existing), but future solutions to use alternate frontend stacks (ReactJS) based on suitability.

- Provide architectural guidance and help evolve the internal automation framework for future scalability and extensibility.

- Onboard and mentor a second developer in the near future.

- Monitor performance, reliability, and error handling across production automation workflows.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.

- 5+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on backend automation and cloud-native development.

Proven expertise with :

- Azure Functions, especially with PowerShell, Python, Node.js or C# ASP.NET Core / C# Entity Framework.

- PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.

- RESTful API design and integration.

- Experience working closely with non-technical stakeholders to understand and deliver business process automation.

- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI, GPT APIs, Azure Cognitive Services) and their integration into business applications.

- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative in identifying and delivering automation opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud DevOps practices (especially in Azure).

- Ability to evaluate and recommend architectural or technology stack changes based on evolving needs.

- Prior experience in workflow automation platforms or process orchestration engines.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for business stakeholders.

Additional Notes :

- This role places a strong emphasis on backend automation and Azure-native services.

- Frontend technologies may evolve based on technical needs.

- You will report directly to leadership and collaborate across multiple business units to prioritize and implement impactful tools.

Immediate joiners are preferable.

Work from office in Bangalore is preferable but remote option is possible for deserving candidates.
