Role Overview:

As a Software Engineer III, you will function as a technical lead and primary contributor within our core development team. You will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining high-performance full-stack applications that serve as the backbone for our client operations. This role involves close collaboration with product managers, system architects, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement end-to-end features using Java and Spring Boot to ensure high availability and performance of enterprise-grade applications.

- Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React, Redux, and JavaScript to enhance user engagement and platform usability.

- Architect and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to facilitate seamless communication between distributed system components.

- Optimize database interactions and query performance within Oracle environments to support large-scale data processing.

- Manage complex build processes and asset bundling using Webpack to ensure efficient deployment cycles and frontend performance.

- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance to uphold high standards of software craftsmanship across the team.

- Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues to minimize downtime and maintain system integrity for end-users.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine technical specifications and align development efforts with evolving business objectives.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in building scalable backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate with a deep understanding of object-oriented design principles.

- Proven ability to develop sophisticated frontend applications using React, Redux, and modern JavaScript, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and performance.

- Strong proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful services and implementing microservices architecture in a distributed environment.

- Advanced knowledge of Oracle database management, including schema design, complex query optimization, and performance tuning.
