We are seeking a visionary Senior Vice President of Technology to lead our engineering organization in Delhi. In this strategic role, you will oversee the entire technology lifecycle, from architectural design to high-scale deployment, ensuring our platforms remain at the cutting edge of innovation.

You will work closely with the C-suite, product leadership, and cross-functional teams to align technical roadmaps with aggressive business growth objectives. Your leadership will directly influence the scalability of our infrastructure and the quality of the end-user experience, ultimately driving the company's competitive advantage in a fast-paced digital market.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and scale robust, high-performance systems using Node.js, Go, and Python to ensure seamless service delivery for our global user base.

- Lead and mentor high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and rapid innovation.

- Oversee the migration and optimization of cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform, leveraging Kubernetes to maintain high availability and operational efficiency.

- Drive the integration of Artificial Intelligence capabilities into our core product suite to enhance automation and provide predictive insights for our customers.

- Manage complex data ecosystems utilizing PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis to ensure data integrity, low-latency access, and optimal storage performance.

- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to translate long-term business goals into actionable technical strategies that maximize ROI and market penetration.

Required Skillset :

- Proven expertise in designing and scaling cloud-native platforms, distributed systems, and microservices architectures.

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing distributed systems at scale, with a deep understanding of modern backend frameworks like Node.js, Go, and Python.

- Proven ability to manage large-scale cloud environments on Google Cloud Platform, including container orchestration with Kubernetes and advanced database management using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.

- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence board-level decision-making.

- Strong track record of implementing Artificial Intelligence solutions that solve real-world business problems and improve operational efficiency.

- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, hybrid work environment in Delhi, balancing hands-on technical guidance with high-level strategic planning.

- Educational background in Computer Science or a related field from a premier institute, complemented by 15-20 years of progressive experience in engineering leadership roles.
