Role Summary:

The ideal candidate is a hands-on solution consultant with 8-10 years of experience, strong Japanese communication skills, and practical AI solution exposure. You will work in Japan with customer business teams to convert early-stage business ideas into realistic PoC/MVP solutions and coordinate with offshore engineering teams for delivery.

Responsibilities:

- Work with Japanese business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, customer experience needs, and automation opportunities.

- Convert business ideas into clear PoC or MVP scope, success criteria, user journeys, and technical feasibility notes.

- Design and develop prototype applications using modern front-end, back-end, database, cloud, and API technologies.

- Apply AI, Generative AI, computer vision, and predictive analytics to convenience-store use cases.

- Prepare high-level architecture, data flow, integration approach, and deployment strategy.

- Coordinate with offshore development teams, customer IT teams, and business users.

- Prepare working demos, collect feedback, and refine solution concepts.

Technical Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience across front-end, back-end, APIs, databases, and cloud deployment.

- Practical exposure to AI-enabled applications.

- Ability to work directly with Japanese business and IT stakeholders.

- Front-End: React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Material UI.

- Back-End: Node.js, Express.js, Python, FastAPI, Java Spring Boot or .NET Core.

- Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.

- API and Integration: REST APIs, GraphQL, Webhooks, JSON, OAuth2, API Gateway concepts.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- JLPT N1, N2, or N3 certification.
