Senior Member of Technical Staff - Data Engineering

Location: Noida - Work From Office - 5 Days/Week

Experience: 12+ Years

We are looking for a Senior Member of Technical Staff - Data Engineering professional with strong expertise in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, Distributed Systems, and Cloud Data Platforms.

Mandatory Skills:

- 12+ years of strong experience in Data Engineering / Data Architecture

- Strong hands-on experience in Data Architecture & Data Modeling

- Kafka / AWS MSK - strong understanding of event streaming

- Debezium / CDC (Change Data Capture)

- Strong programming experience in Java and/or Python

- Hands-on experience with BigQuery / Amazon Redshift

- Experience with Apache Iceberg

- Strong knowledge of AWS Data Ecosystem: S3, AWS Glue, Athena, Redshift

- Good understanding of GCP Data Services / GCP ecosystem

- Experience building and managing Data Lakes / Lakehouse architectures

- Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow

- Strong knowledge of Data Modeling

- Experience with EKS / ECS and Docker

- Strong understanding of scalable, distributed and high-volume data platforms

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and drive scalable data architecture and data platforms

- Build and optimize batch and streaming data pipelines

- Work with Kafka/MSK, CDC/Debezium and modern data ingestion frameworks

- Design and implement Data Lake / Lakehouse solutions

- Develop and optimize data processing workloads across AWS and GCP

- Drive data modeling, governance, performance and reliability

- Work with engineering teams on containerized workloads using Docker, EKS/ECS

- Contribute to technical design, architecture decisions and engineering best practices
