We are looking for a Senior Technical professional with strong hands-on experience in Alteryx and Tableau to develop data workflows, automate data preparation, support enterprise reporting, and ensure data quality across business reporting environments. The role will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable data and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize complex workflows using Alteryx Designer.

- Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, aggregation, and automation using Alteryx.

- Integrate data from multiple sources including relational databases and enterprise systems.

- Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and analysis.

- Support Tableau dashboards and reports across development, testing, and production environments.

- Troubleshoot Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server issues related to data, extracts, refreshes, calculations, and dashboard performance.

- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting outputs.

- Analyze data issues and work with technology teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.

- Automate repetitive data preparation and reporting activities to improve operational efficiency.

- Document Alteryx workflows, data processes, reporting logic, and technical procedures.

- Collaborate with business users and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Participate in testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer and workflow development.

- Strong understanding of data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and workflow automation.

- Strong SQL skills and knowledge of relational databases.

- Hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.

- Good understanding of data quality, validation, reconciliation, and reporting processes.

- Experience troubleshooting data and reporting issues in an enterprise environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to work independently on complex technical requirements and deliver solutions end-to-end.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working with HR or Workforce data.

- Experience in the Banking/BFSI domain.

- Experience supporting enterprise-scale reporting environments.

- Exposure to Sigma or similar analytics modernization platforms.

- Experience with reporting automation and data process optimization.

Education:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, or a related discipline.
